Rules & Regulations
1. Regina Public Library Board members, the Lottery Manager or any relative living in the household with such officer is not eligible to win any prize in the Regina Public Library Home Lottery.
2. The winning ticket holders agree to disclosure of their name and any reasonable publicity associated with the announcement of the prize winners.
3. The Lottery is intended for Saskatchewan residents over 18 years of age.
4. Only tickets that have been paid for, and have been verified as paid, are eligible to be entered for the respective draws. Prizes may not be exactly as illustrated.
5. All tickets in a 3-Pack must contain the same information.
6. All tickets will be eligible to win every prize in the Grand Prize Draw.
7. All prizes are non-transferrable and must be accepted as awarded (no substitutions).
8. All prize draw winners will be notified by mail.
9. The Grand Prize Draw will include all furnishings and the 2010 taxes. (Artwork from Dunlop Art Gallery not included.)
10. Draws will be held on:
• Early Bird Draw – Wednesday, March 31, 2010
• Grand Prize Draw – Thursday, May 6, 2010
11. Deadline to purchase tickets: (midnight on the following days)
• Early Bird Draw – Sunday, March 28, 2010
• Grand Prize Draw – Sunday, May 2, 2010
12. If all tickets are sold by Sunday, March 28, 2010, all prizes draws will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2010.
All decisions regarding the draw, its results and the awarding of prizes will be made by the auditing firm of Meyers Norris Penny, LLP and their decisions will be final.
